​The Jane app is used by Disney Physiotherapy to book in patients and is encrypted using the same standard banks use for online transactions. Jane app builds its features with HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR compliance in mind. That covers how data is handled, how Online Appointments are delivered and how consent is collected.

We require at Least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice- or missed appointments (No shows) - will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
