Physiotherapy Led Pilates
At Disney Physiotherapy we are now offering specialist Pilates classes. These classes are run by Kim Disney. Kim trained with the APPI. Pilates is a low impact, full body workout that strengthens your core, improves flexibility, enhances posture and prevent injuries.

Beginners classes
For individuals who have minimal to no experience of Pilates and are keen to start improving posture, flexibility balance and core strength.
Intermediate classes
Perfect for those who've completed a beginners course or have some previous Pilates experience.
Anyone wanting more strength, mobility, and endurance from their Pilates practice.
Men's Pilates
Designed for men wanting to improve flexibility and core strength.
Gym-goers, runners, cyclists, golfers, and weightlifters looking to boost performance.
Anyone new to Pilates who prefers a male focused environment.

Mixed Pilates
Suitable for Beginners and Intermediate.
