Physiotherapy Led Pilates
At Disney Physiotherapy we are now offering specialist Pilates classes locally. These classes are run by Kim Disney. Kim trained with the APPI. Pilates is a low impact, full body workout that strengthens your core, improves flexibility, enhances posture and prevent injuries.
Classes
Beginners classes
For individuals who have minimal to no experience of Pilates and are keen to start improving posture, flexibility balance and core strength.
Intermediate classes
Perfect for those who've completed a beginners course or have some previous Pilates experience.
Anyone wanting more strength, mobility, and endurance from their Pilates practice.
Men's Pilates
Designed for men wanting to improve flexibility and core strength.
Gym-goers, runners, cyclists, golfers, and weightlifters looking to boost performance.
Anyone new to Pilates who prefers a male focused environment.

Mixed Pilates
Suitable for Beginners and Intermediate.

Pilates Classes – Booking Terms & Conditions
By booking a Pilates class or monthly package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Monthly Session Packages

Monthly packages include a fixed number of sessions to be used within the same calendar month. Sessions are valid only for the month purchased and do not carry over to future months under any circumstances.

Unused sessions will be forfeited at the end of each month.
2. Booking & Payment​

Monthly packages must be paid for before attending any sessions.

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
3. Cancellations & Missed Classes

If you cannot attend a booked class, please discuss with instructor to explore options of attending an alternative class that week, if capacity allows.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as used sessions.

Instructor cancellations will be credited or rescheduled.
4. No Carry-Over or Refunds

Sessions cannot be transferred to another month.

Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds or extensions may be considered only in exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical reasons) at the instructor’s discretion.
5. Health & Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate. Please inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to attending.

Participation is at your own risk.
6. Class Changes

The timetable, instructor, or venue may change occasionally. Reasonable notice will be given wherever possible.
7. Personal Belongings
-
The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
